Andreas, born in 1977, is Managing Director of Marcuard Trust (Cyprus) Limited and is involved in the day to day management as with the strategic development of the Company together with the other Board members.
Work experience
Andreas immediately joined G. Hadjimichael & Co (Currently G.A.H. Audit Services Limited, where he started as a junior auditor and held several more senior positions in the firm before becoming a Director of the Company in 2005, an office he held until 2009. During his employment at G.A.H. Audit Services Limited, Andreas obtained substantial experience in auditing and consulting international companies as well as international tax planning. In August, 2008, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus appointed him as one of the five Board Members of the independent government department responsible for the external audits of co-operative banking institutions. Andreas will serve on the Board until August, 2011.
Education
Andreas attended South Bank University in London and obtained a First Class Honors Degree in Accounting and Finance. Immediately thereafter, he passed his A.C.C.A. professional accounting exams in the UK and became a qualified accountant in 2000.

Andreas is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts of the UK (F.C.C.A) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
