Work experience
Ivy has been a Chartered Secretary for more than 18 years advising on the conduct of business governance and compliance of Singaporean companies. She has been working in a number of different business areas including the corporate and fiduciary sector; in-house consultancy and due diligence operations. She was also involved in luxury industry M & A investments; arts and an exclusive yacht club. Her past experiences allowed her to develop an extensive international network of global service providers; auditors; lawyers; offshore trust providers and fund administration firms.
Education
Ivy graduated from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. She completed further an Advanced Certificate in Trust Services from the Wealth Management Institute from Singapore. It is an Asian focus program to equip practistioners with advanced level knowledge, practical techniques and strategies to help clients achieve their long term succession and wealth preservation objectives. She is currently pursuing her International Compliance Diploma specialising in Wealth Management.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
