Leo is the CEO of Marcuard Trust Singapore.
Work experience
Leo has spent his entire career in the private banking industry, advising private clients and private banks on a wide variety of issues. He was a ten-year veteran of Credit Suisse, where he advised private clients on investments, estate planning, and private fund structures, subsequently joining Merrill Lynch to co-found their family office. Before joining Marcuard, Leo was the managing partner of a risk management boutique, advising both private banks and family offices on fiduciary strategies and international structuring. He has worked in Switzerland, Singapore and Luxembourg.
Education
Leo is a magna cum laude International Relations and Economics graduate of Boston University and has a Masters Degree in International Private Law and International Finance from the Fletcher School (Tufts/Harvard Universities). He holds the Diploma in International Trust Management and is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
He is fluent in English, German, French, Greek, and Spanish.
