Marina holds a law degree from the Belorussian State University (Minsk) and the LL.M degree from the University Trier, Germany. She gained her doctorate (Dr. iur.) in Public International Law in Germany. In 2008 Marina completed the Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Financial Organisations at the University of Zurich, Switzelrand, and in 2009 she gained the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
She is fluent in Russian, German and English.
