Board MemberPhilippe Rudloff
Since 2001, Philippe has been a private banker with Bordier & Cie Banquiers Privés in Geneva. He is a Senior Vice President, heads the bank’s Latin American Group and launched Bordier’s presence in Montevideo. Further, he is the president of the board of Marcuard Latin America, and a director of Marcuard Holding, Marcuard Trust, Marcuard Heritage and Marcuard Asia.
Work experience
His private banking career began in 1995 with Merrill
Lynch in New York and Paris. He built up a network of private clients,
mostly in Europe, and left in 1997 to launch an independent asset management
operation in Buenos Aires: Marcuard Latin America.
He subsequently helped
with the set-up of sister operations within the Marcuard Group.
Education
Philippe has a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Queen Mary & Westfield College in London and a postgraduate degree from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris (Master's in Politics). He attended various executive development courses, the latest one at IMD, Lausanne, on the challenges of successfully managing family firms.
